Context

This black and white tattoo motif comes from Dreamy Threesome, an oil painting by Ju Schnee. The original painting shows three intertwined, organic shapes that seem to move weightlessly through space. As a tattoo, the motif retains the original idea of connection and fluidity, while at the same time becoming a personal symbol for the wearer. The abstraction allows for free interpretation: it can be seen as a symbol of relationships, change or balance. The transformation from a colourful painting to a minimalist body drawing shows how art evolves and can be experienced in different ways.

Instructions

Take a deep breath. You’re about to become a living canvas. This is already pretty intimate. This is all about connection. Your skin, the ink, the artist’s hand – everything is interwoven in a perfect three-way dance. Does that sound familiar? Perhaps this is the warm-up for an even more savoury entanglement later. Pain is temporary, art (and good stories) last forever. When it’s done, you should admire it profusely. Take care of it like a fresh, new relationship. Keep it clean, don't smother it and give it time to settle in.
