Shipping policy

1. Processing times

All orders are processed within 10 days. Please note that processing times may vary with high order volumes, we deliver as quickly as possible. And thank you for ordering from us!

2. Shipping method and delivery time

We ship in a sturdy, crease-resistant envelope.
Within Germany: “DHL goods shipment with tracking”, approx. 4 working days;
abroad with “DHL Warenpost international Premium”, it will take a little longer.

3. Costs

5.- € for shipping within Germany,
10.- € for shipping within the European Union,
20.- € for international shipping outside the European Union.
27.- € for international shipping in the USA.

For orders over 500.- € we deliver worldwide free of charge and are happy to do so.
For orders of several WOS artworks delivered to the same address, the shipping costs will only be charged once.

In addition to the shipping costs, we pay contributions to the artists via the Artists' Social Security Fund (KSK), which amount to 2.5% of the net price of the artwork.

4. Shipping restrictions

We deliver to your home or company address, but not to packing stations.

5. Shipment tracking

You will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

6. Damaged or lost orders

Please contact us by e-mail if an order has been lost or has arrived damaged.

7. Customs and import taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs and import taxes; these have to be paid by the customer. We ship in unmarked envelopes.
