I didn't come across gelitin til maybe 2009, and immediately fell madly in love with their visceral playfulness. Being in the middle of the United States, I've had little opportunity to see any of their projects or performances in the flesh, so when I found out they were part of Works On Skin, I purchased HASE without hesitation. This rabbit is less a memento mori on my arm and more a reminder that life is weird, messy, and always on the move, so get dirty and play in the mud.
