Names of Flight 3 announced at SUMMER BASH

At the Summer Bash at Studio Hannibal, 200 guests celebrated, including art collectors Ulrich Seibert and Stefan Schreyger, publisher Barbara Kalender, author Christian Y. Schmidt, pop writer Joachim Lottmann, philosopher Katja Crone, film scholar Jens Eder, musician Jens Friebe, writer Christoph Narholz, and the announcement of the artists from Flight 3. Also on display were several motifs that will be available for purchase on the website on October 17, 2025, as well as motifs from Flight 1 and 2, whose creators were present in large numbers, including Käthe Kruse, Klaus Killisch, Kennet Lekko, Bettina Semmer, and Katharina Grossmann-Hensel.

The evening started with a live set by Mo & Kapelle, the “Americana meets Alpine” duo of Marc Ottiker and Uwe F. Arens. One of the artists in the third round, Manfred Peckl, gave his all in a partly scantily clad performance, using his body to tell an entertaining and fictional story of his own body art. The charming atmosphere of Studio Hannibal, a new hotspot on the art scene in Prenzlauer Berg, delighted all visitors: from the studio, they could enjoy a beautiful summer evening full of art and stimulating conversation on the roof of the neighboring building.
